$26.25/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) ShortTerm Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Assist with receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming materials and supplies Issue and deliver items to designated departments as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas Support accurate tracking of inventory through basic counting and documentation Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform general warehouse duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods Ability to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, dusty environments) Basic ability to read, write, and communicate in English Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends or overtime as needed Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor (not required) Basic familiarity with hand tools or warehouse equipment Forklift experience a plus, but not required Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
