Full-Time Position Overview BW Secure is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Technician to join our dynamic logistics team in Northern Colorado. In this role, you'll support critical operations by managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring smooth support for our installation and service teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as a key logistics team member in daily warehouse operations. Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities with accuracy and efficiency. Receive, inspect, and document inbound materials and equipment, ensuring any missing or damaged items are reported promptly. Maintain an organized and accurate inventory management system, supporting real-time tracking and availability. Prepare materials for field deployment, supporting our installation, maintenance, and service crews. Load/unload deliveries, stage materials for job sites, and assist with warehouse layout optimization. Ensure safety and professionalism in all warehouse operations, adhering to company and OSHA best practices. Ability to consistently lift 50-100 lbs, work on your feet, and operate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to accountability. Must be professional, dependable, and outgoing, a true team player. Ability to read and interpret packing slips, blueprints, and technical documentation. Comfortable with warehouse technology, inventory software, and basic computer skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
