This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, maintaining and tracking inventory, ordering, tracking and coordinating with departments for materials, and assisting with Fulfillment Departments as needed Responsibilities Relocate and organize raw material from receiving. Perform daily, weekly, monthly cycle counts on schedule or as requested by departments. Purchase, log, and track all material orders for all departments. Communicate with relevant departments on supply chain delays. Fill orders as written in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions Verify details of the order are correct Perform visual inspection of critical raw materials Assemble, package and ship products to customers Coordinate with team counterparts in the Customer Experience Center to provide superior service to clientele regarding turnaround time and additional customer expectations Consolidate materials, maximize space utilization, and monitor storage locations. Perform housekeeping, including disposing of expired/unused material, GMP and safety audits and establish corrective actions for non-compliance. Work within inventory excels/management systems to control and report inventory numbers, review/correct counts, and upkeep raw material supply. Create, revise, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) such as receiving inspection specifications, manufacturing procedures, and inventory control procedures. Pull, pack, and ship materials for pick-up. Provide support and hands-on assistance for shipments or deliveries. Maintain and assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization Qualifications 1 year experience in inventory control, procurement, supply chain, or relevant field. Keen eye for attention to details. Able to follow verbal and written instructions and adhere to existing procedures. Ability to adhere to required safety training and procedures for work tasks Able to meet and manage deadlines and good inherent judgement for prioritizing and reprioritizing conflicting tasks.
Good English language skills:
speaking, listening, reading comprehension, and writing. Ability to work comfortably on a team with minimal supervision. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Preferred Skills Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience working in a customer service environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance. This job requires an ability to perform repetitive motions. Work is performed in close proximity to coworkers, using shared resources. Visual acuity is required. Occasional work with potentially hazardous material. Supporting multiple locations for various projects as needed.
Pay Range:
$22 - $24 #BEL01
