Job Description:
Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Small Warehouse Packing Associate to join their client's team in Colorado. This role involves assembling and packaging finished products for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Review finished goods for quality based on standard operating procedures and supervisor communication. Communicate quality or product issues to supervisor immediately. Participate in large project packing and shipping processes. Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Verify product labeling matches job instructions. Work under immediate supervision. Package materials and products manually. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area. Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on and off pallets and/or shelving. Organize monthly box assembly line. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to use fine motor skills to count and pack products. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to visually inspect product for quality issues. Ability to use tools including scissors, pliers, tape gun, pallet jack, and box cutters. May require standing for up to 10 hours per day. Ability to bend at the waist several times per day.
Required Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 1st shift
Benefits:
Compensation for this position is set at $20 per hour.
