Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming purchase orders, materials, and deliveries for accuracy and completeness. Organize and maintain inventory for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer/drain departments. Pull, stage, and prepare materials and equipment for technicians and installation crews. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts. Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and operations teams regarding deliveries and stock levels. Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when needed. Monitor inventory shortages and communicate restocking needs proactively. Assist with returns, damaged materials, and warranty items. Maintain accurate records of materials received, distributed, and transferred. Support field teams by ensuring jobs are stocked with the correct materials and equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols. Assist with general warehouse operations and daily facility needs as assigned. Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Trades industry experience is a plus. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move materials safely. Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance. Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
