YARD ASSOCIATE

Pay range: $19.00 to $25.00 an hour with great perks and opportunities for growth! Heritage Landscape Supply is seeking a full-time Yard Associate that will focus on duties such as stocking the yard area, warehouse areas, shipping and receiving of products, loading/unloading trucks. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Stocking, receiving, pulling, and staging all yard/warehouse products. Loading, unloading, and securing product for customers, delivery vehicles, and inbound trucks. Keeping yard area neat and organized. Operating Forklifts in outdoor environments. Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques, etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment. Other related duties as assigned such as receiving etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Basic computer knowledge and Internet use Forklift experience helpful, not required Ability to lift 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a repetitive basis Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful , but not required Able to pass a pre-employment drug test/background. Pay range:

$19.00 to $25.00 an hour with great perks and opportunities for growth! The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
