We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and want to be part of a collaborative team. What You'll Do Accurately pick, move, and stock materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Perform inventory transactions using SAP and handheld scanners Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits Replenish inventory and maintain organized storage areas Process incoming shipments and returned products, including inspection and system entry Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Credit teams to resolve discrepancies Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Rotate through receiving and mailroom functions as needed Participate in year-end physical inventory What We're Looking For 1+ year of warehouse or inventory experience preferred Forklift experience (reach truck/narrow aisle preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (SAP or similar systems a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Why Join Leanin' Tree?
