- Ability to understand, read and write in English
- Construction experience is preferable, but not required
- Ability to operate power tools, (I.e. Concrete Demo Saw, Hammer Drill, Circular Saw)
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to travel out of state
- Unrestricted lifting ability
- Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
- Excellent communication skills
