Position Summary:
Our team is seeking a self-motivated, efficient, and meticulous material handler to join our growing team. Primarily responsible for overall inventory management including receiving, kitting, cycle counting, auditing and disposition of excess material. This individual interacts cross functionally with multiple departments including production, coordination, project management, procurement, and receiving. The right person for this role will be comfortable on their feet (they'll be standing/walking most of the time), eager to pitch in whenever extra help is needed, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our internal and customer onsite teams.

Requirements:
Essential Job Function:
Accurately receive, log, and inspect incoming materials Organize and put away inventory with speed and precision Kit and deliver materials based on production schedules Perform routine cycle counts and inventory adjustments Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Support internal customers with responsive, service-minded communication Audit kits alongside production and ensure completeness Label, document, and help manage excess material and disposition Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized workspace Jump in to support your team wherever help is needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail—you notice when something's off and fix it fast A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize with shifting demands Solid communication skills—you're reliable, clear, and professional Comfort working on your feet in a physical role (lift up to 45 lbs.) Experience using parts databases or inventory systems (preferred) Basic math and data entry skills to keep things accurate A collaborative mindset—you pitch in, follow through, and help others succeed
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, manufacturing logistics or supply chain preferred
