In this vital role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, manufacturing, or maintenance operations. Your proactive approach and strong work ethic will help ensure safety, efficiency, and quality across all job sites. Duties Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment to keep workflows moving smoothly Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed Operate basic machinery or equipment following safety protocols when trained and authorized Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, or minor repairs to maintain a safe environment Follow safety guidelines diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail Skills Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods Ability to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team setting Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols at all times Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or work environments Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in construction or manufacturing (nice-to-have) Prior experience in general labor or related roles is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your hard work makes a real difference! $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
