Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become an essential part of our operational success! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, maintenance, or production projects. Your proactive attitude and strong work ethic will help ensure that projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material transportation to keep work areas organized and safe Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed to support project workflows Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers, signage, and necessary equipment Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, supplies, or assisting with assembly tasks Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for all team members Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Experience Prior experience in general labor, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs You must be able to fill out a W9.
