Job Description

New Machine Operator and Warehouse Positions - Derby / Ansonia, CT Join a global company right here in Connecticut! Their manufacturing plant in the lower Naugatuck Valley area (Derby / Ansonia) is expanding its production team and seeking general Machine Operators and Material Handlers. Work in a modern, clean, and safe manufacturing environment with state-of-the-art technology and consistent temperature control. Join a collaborative team working on a high-performance machine operating line. Contract to hire Openings on all shifts, placement depends on company needs at the time or hire. Machine Operator 1st shift $17.50 per hour 2nd shift $19.00 Material handler 3rd shift $21.50 - $22.00 per hour Machine Operator /
Assembler:
Operating various machines and secondary equipment. Inspect parts as needed. Sort, cut and pack parts. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Small piece assembly including wiring and soldering Injection molding experience is a plus. Understanding of in-process inspection procedures. Experience assembling small pieces including wiring and soldering.
Warehouse Material Handler:
Cycle counts and inventory management Forklift operation and moving materials Machine operation in a production setting Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting
Skills & Experience:
Experience operating manufacturing machinery. Injection molding experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Understanding of in-process inspection procedures. Experience assembling small pieces including wiring and soldering.
