We are hiring. Currently searching for an experienced Logistics Billing Specialist for our local warehouse in Bloomfield, CT.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Management Verification of billing charges Organize and monitor documents associated with assigned loads, including carrier agreements on rates Execute the three-way matching process for invoice payment verification Prepare invoices for approval and payment processing Address and resolve discrepancies in invoices Communicate with carriers and address their inquiries Skills and Abilities Proficiency in computer applications is essential, with a solid understanding of Excel and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Automation. Attention to detail is crucial Effective organizational abilities are necessary A robust sense of collaboration is important Education and/or
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience is necessary Truck Mate Software experience is preferred but not required #HART-1
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
