Brookfield, CT 06804 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dockhand to join our team in Brookfield, CT. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations of the dock. The Dock Hand position requires a willingness and the ability to assist in many tasks throughout the marina, these include and are not limited to: Treating all customers with first-class service. Performing daily opening and closing duties, daily dock walks, and grounds maintenance. Contributing towards a safe, healthy, clean, friendly, and fun environment. Cleaning and restocking restrooms. Cleaning docks, walkways, and all other areas of the facility. Maintaining the safety of yourself and guests. Assisting guests with any boating needs. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in a dockhand or similar role preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
