Full Time Job Summary The Metro Turf Team is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate! We are looking for an individual to participate in our warehouse operations and activities, to help our goal of increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction. This new addition will help us maintain our industry best customer service reputation and be a true team player. Job Details Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Storing materials Picking, preparing, and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule Receive and process warehouse stock products (unload trucks, label, and store in designated areas) to ensure accurate receipts of inventory Perform physical inventory with Manager Keep a safe, clean, and organized working environment Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Pick/pack orders for daily shipments via UPS or local delivery vehicle Ensure timely processing of proper documentation concerning inventory, deliveries, product damage, etc. Maintain valid driver's licenses, forklift certifications Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local ordinances affecting this position Ensure compliance with all company policies and programs Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment Perform routine inspection on equipment and let the Warehouse Manager know of any issues for preventative maintenance Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Make emergency deliveries if necessary Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred Warehouse experience: 2 years (Required) Experience Requirements Valid Driver's License Other Requirements Attention to detail Energetic, upbeat attitude Self-starter with ability to work without constant supervision Excellent communication skills Must be able to load and unload trucks Honesty and Flexibility Must be able to use a forklift and pallet jack Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods Ability to lift heavy objects (at least 50 lbs.) multiple times throughout the day Be on your feet for extended periods of time Weekly Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Job Benefits Eligibility for our 401(k) plan Medical benefits with the option for dental insurance Health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) structure Performance based bonus Compensation Hourly rate of $25.00 Date Job is
