Warehouse Loader Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Loader to join our team. The Warehouse Loader is responsible for loading and unloading products, organizing shipments, preparing orders for delivery, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently. Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment as assigned. Prepare, stage, and verify orders for shipment. Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies. Stack, organize, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong attendance and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
