Full Job Description Job Summary:
Pacific Rise Co is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Hartford, CT team. This role supports daily warehouse operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment and distribution Assist with inventory control and cycle counts Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized Support additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Dependable attendance and work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
