Warehouse Associate Dayville, CT Pay Rate:

$16.25 per hour

Shift:

Requirements:

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work a flexible schedule , including weekends and holidays as needed Team-oriented with strong communication skills Ability to meet productivity and quality standards Strong attention to processes, safety, and detail

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems Ability to follow verbal instructions in person or via headset

The Work:

Perform inbound and outbound warehouse tasks to support daily operations Pick, pack, stock, and complete customer orders accurately and on time Assist with loading and unloading freight Conduct quality control checks to ensure product accuracy Participate in physical inventory counts as scheduled Maintain clean and organized work areas (housekeeping duties) Follow direction from warehouse leads, supervisors, or managers Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies Perform additional duties as assigned Here's what's in it for you: Good Weekly pay you can count on Solid Benefits .
