This is a great entry-level opportunity with hands-on training provided no aerospace experience needed. Strong performers are regularly considered for full-time direct hire.

Responsibilities Perform general shop cleanup:

sweeping, debris removal, and organizing work areas Deburr machined parts using hand tools and approved methods Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and warehouse support Support basic assembly operations under supervision Help with painting, coating, and surface preparation as needed Assist machine operators, technicians, and production staff Dispose of scrap materials and maintain waste collection areas Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality policies Perform miscellaneous general labor duties across production and warehouse departments

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Comfortable working in a manufacturing shop environment with PPE Preferred (not required): Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial settings Basic familiarity with hand tools Forklift or material handling certification Physical requirements Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for full shift duration Work in a manufacturing shop with exposure to machining areas and warehouse spaces Required to wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Benefits & perks Competitive hourly pay: $17-$19/hour based on experience Hands-on training — no aerospace background required Direct hire opportunity after temporary period Stable, clean, and safety-focused work environment Foot-in-the-door into the aerospace manufacturing industry
