Join our team of motivated professionals dedicated to excellence in sales, service, and support! Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be vital in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by handling inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and equipment operation. Your proactive approach will help us deliver top-tier service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory efficiently Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems to ensure accurate order fulfillment Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to safety protocols and proper handling procedures Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean warehouse environment for optimal workflow Support shipping & receiving processes by preparing shipments and verifying incoming stock against purchase orders Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders in an e-commerce setting Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse by emptying trash, sweeping floors, operation floor scrubber, etc. Ensure equipment is sale ready using a power washer, air hose, and other automotive cleaning supplies Support shop with other duties as needed/directed. Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution is a plus Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning) systems Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is advantageous Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory management and order processing Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to lift heavy objects regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts Effective communication skills to work seamlessly within a team environment Join us as a Warehouse Associate and become part of a dedicated team committed to operational excellence!
