Achieve more with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Warehouse Associate in Newington, CT. As a Warehouse Associate, you will: Load and unload materials from trucks and deliveries Pull and prepare orders from pick lists for shipment Stage, wrap, and prepare pallets for outbound shipping Receive, verify, and put away incoming inventory accurately Maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse systems Stock shelves and ensure materials are readily available Assist customers with order pickup and loading. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment Support shipping and receiving operations as needed This is a full-time contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
2 years of warehouse experience 2 years of sit-down forklift experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers onsite Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with Shipping and receiving Experience with Inventory control and cycle counting Experience with Order picking and staging Experience in using a warehouse inventory system or computer-based tools Pay Rate:
$19.00 - $21.00per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW
