Job Description

Bulk Selector - Full Time & Part Time |
Wauregan, CT Pay:
$22.80/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential) Pay-for-performance incentives available
Shifts Available Full-Time:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM Part-Time (24 hrs): Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do As a Bulk Selector, you'll be responsible for picking, moving, and preparing product for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This includes:
Operating material handling equipment (forklift, cherry picker, electric pallet jack, etc.) Picking and moving product (up to 100 lbs) safely and accurately Loading, stacking, and wrapping pallets for shipment Supporting receiving, replenishment, and inventory as needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Note:
Associates may support multiple warehouse functions based on business needs. What We're Looking For Ability to operate (or become certified on) warehouse equipment Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs and working on your feet all shift Ability to work at heights (up to 60 ft) Strong focus on safety and teamwork Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures Basic Qualifications 3+ months of warehouse or related experience preferred At least 18 years old Basic English communication skills Ability to pass a drug screen (where legally permitted) Must wear composite toe safety shoes Preferred Qualifications Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker Why Join Staples Supply Chain Competitive pay + performance incentives Full-Time benefits include PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) match, and wellness programs Part-Time benefits available Free work shoes after 60 days Inclusive, team-oriented culture
