This role is a versatile ???jack-of-all-trades??? position, responsible for general maintenance, groundskeeping, assisting skilled trades, and supporting logistics. Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance:

Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on buildings and grounds.

Trade Support:

Assist skilled craft workers with projects, providing labor, tools, and general support.

Equipment Operation:

Operate company vehicles and machinery, including forklifts, floor scrubbers, genie lifts, and trucks.

Logistics Support:

Help with equipment setups, packing finished goods, and moving heavy items with mechanical assistance.

Documentation:

Complete preventative maintenance reports and task requests accurately and on time.

Plant Upkeep:

Execute housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:
