Material Handler

Material Handler Shelton, CT $18.00 per hour Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler for a growing company located in Shelton, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Pull and scan customer orders using a scan gun Palletize materials and prepare shipments for trucks Use measuring devices to verify product specifications Perform basic material cutting using a chop saw Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer knowledge required Experience using measuring devices such as tape measures or calipers Ability to safely operate a chop saw Ability to lift, move, and palletize materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic The ideal candidate will be hands-on, dependable, and eager to be part of a team-oriented environment.
