Job Overview ChemStation Connecticut is seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Soap Blender / Warehouse Associate to join our Operations Team. This position is primarily warehouse-focused, with the majority of time spent supporting warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory organization, material handling, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. In addition to warehouse responsibilities, this hands-on role will assist with blending cleaning products, maintaining manufacturing equipment, and supporting on-site service installations as needed. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in maintaining a consistent work schedule. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling materials safely, assisting with maintenance and inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities & Requirements Primary responsibilities will focus on warehouse operations and material handling Load and unload trucks using a forklift Receive, organize, stage, and prepare inventory and shipments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and production areas Assist with inventory control and stock management Support blending and manufacturing operations as needed Manufacturing products using manual and automated blending equipment Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment Handling chemicals safely Comfortable performing basic math Assist with maintenance and production tasks as needed Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, maintaining consistent attendance and adherence to schedule Perform manual labor and physically demanding tasks Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team Perform other duties as assigned Maintain reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Adhere to all safety and compliance policies High school diploma or equivalent required Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
