About the Role 3PL Worldwide, Inc. is a leading third-party logistics provider seeking reliable, hardworking Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support our pick/pack operations during our peak season. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on warehouse experience in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. What You'll Do Pick orders accurately from warehouse locations using pick lists Pack and prepare outbound shipments according to customer and carrier specifications Verify item quantities, SKUs, and condition before packing Apply shipping labels and route packages to the correct staging areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures What We're Looking For Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift Attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Ability to work at a consistent pace in a time-sensitive environment Basic reading and counting skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality — essential for seasonal roles Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or pick/pack experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (variable temperatures) Schedule Monday - Friday daytime shift Overtime opportunities during peak periods Seasonal duration: June - September, with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance and business needs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Bi-weekly pay Safe, clean, and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to convert to a permanent position for top performers
