In this vital role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will support our commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're operating equipment or managing stock, your contribution will help us meet customer expectations and maintain seamless warehouse distribution processes. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently Manage warehouse distribution tasks including stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving activities Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately Conduct order fulfillment by selecting products with precision using order pickers and RF scanners to ensure correct items are shipped Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring proper packaging standards are met for safe delivery Support warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 is a plus Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is highly desirable; certification is a bonus Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures within an e-commerce or distribution setting is advantageous Basic math skills for inventory counting, order calculations, and data entry are necessary Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience., Intermediate ERP knowledge; D365 preferred., Forklift and picker license required., Able to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights up to 25 ft.
