This role reports to the Operations Manager Essential Functions Responsible for troubleshooting product for required repairs Routinely change air and water filters, change UV bulbs, and perform other job-related duties as assigned Visually inspect installations for leaks and malfunctions Responsible for following company and customer safety policies and procedures Maintain and comply with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures Technician will have strong technical and mechanical aptitude Technician will have familiarity with basic tools and maintain ability to transport both equipment and tools to customer sites Responsible for both electronic and written customer and company information During down time for Service responsibilities, this position will assist the Warehouse (Picking orders, maintaining inventory, shipping and other duties as assigned) Requirements Preference will be given to those with experience in repair and maintenance Must have good verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn the internal workings and repair approaches to installing, maintaining, and replacing commercial air and liquid filtration systems Highly motivated, self-starting individual with a willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail A clean work record Physical requirements include ability to bend, squat, walk with heavy equipment, climb ladders, and lift 70 pounds Valid driver's license May require occasional overtime and very early/late hours to complete a job.
