Willingness to perform general labor and production tasks in a physically demanding environment. Capability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently. No prior manufacturing experience required, but comfort with hands-on physical work is essential. Additional Skills & Qualifications Hands-on work experience in areas such as landscaping, construction, or other physically demanding roles is beneficial. Athletic or physically active background can be helpful for the physical nature of the job. Mechanical aptitude or mechanical thinking is a plus and can support growth into more advanced roles. The role provides steady, long-term work through a temp-to-perm structure, with plenty of hours available for those who want them. You can stay active and build strength while you work, combining physical exercise with earning potential and career growth in a production environment. Work Environment You will work for a concrete block manufacturer in a general labor and production setting.
