Full Job Description Description:
Job Summary The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse floor operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety. This role coordinates workflow and ensures timely order fulfillment and deliveries. Duties/Responsibilities Receiving, picking, staging, and loading for accuracy and efficiency. Ensures merchandise is handled with care and stored properly to maintain quality. Productive and works with management to meet operational goals. Communicates with routing administrators, drivers, and other departments to coordinate deliveries. Ensures paperwork, delivery logs, and inventory records are completed accurately. Assists with resolving order or inventory discrepancies. Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse floor and staging lanes. Assists with operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Requirements/Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred. 2+ years of warehouse/distribution experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated Proficient in warehouse equipment (manual/electric pallet jacks, forklifts). Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 200 lbs. Commitment to enforcing safety standards and operational policies.
