This role is not a high-speed fulfillment warehouse environment. Instead, this position focuses on organization, packing materials accurately, following checklists, and supporting training preparation for election workers. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working in a team setting where duties may shift based on election timelines and operational needs. Important Scheduling Expectations (Please Read) This position operates primarily during normal business hours (8:00 AM-4:30 PM). However, during peak election preparation periods, overtime will be required, and this may include: Evenings Weekends Extended weekday hours Overtime schedules are communicated in advance whenever possible so employees can adjust personal schedules. While employees may not be required to work every overtime opportunity, candidates must be willing and available to work additional hours during peak periods . (This expectation is critical—please do not apply if you are unable to work overtime when needed.) Key Responsibilities Pack and organize election-related materials accurately and efficiently Follow detailed checklists and written instructions to ensure accuracy Prepare supply kits, boxes, and materials for distribution Assist with staging and organizing materials for election worker training classes Support the setup and breakdown of training events as needed Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with staff and election workers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Perform general warehouse duties as assigned (duties may shift based on operational timelines) Qualifications & Skills Ability to follow checklists and instructions with strong attention to detail Comfortable speaking with others and working in a collaborative team environment Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities Ability to lift and move materials (up to [insert weight, typical 25-50 lbs] if applicable) Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends during peak election periods Prior warehouse, packing, logistics, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required Work Environment This is a warehouse-based role involving packing, organizing, and preparing election materials.
