Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. Your proactive approach and teamwork will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and ensuring accurate documentation. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker tools and warehouse management systems. Stock shelves accurately by replenishing inventory and maintaining organized storage areas for easy access. Use basic math skills to count, verify quantities, and ensure proper order fulfillment. Maintain safety standards by conducting routine inspections of equipment and work areas; report any hazards or issues promptly. Requirements Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential. For forklift operation and experience, also experience with reach trucks and pallet jacks is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, scanners and software. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory accuracy. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate order picking & packing.
