Description:

The Warehouse Associate will be a support to Acker Storage LLC's warehouse operations. This position will sort, load and unload products, along with other various warehouse activities. Duties and Responsibilities Inspect product for defects and damages. Organize, barcode, and box items for sale Check, verify and fill orders. Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory. Assists with periodic physical inventory audits. Operates forklift truck when necessary. Abide by all company safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Performs other related duties as requested.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Forklift operator certification a plus. Physical Requirements Must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, stand, sit and reach. Stand or walk for long periods of time. Ability to regularly lift and move 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Navigate a warehouse and reach items both high and low.

Working Conditions:

Temperature controlled warehouse environment. Business hours are from 8am to 4:30pm with a half hour lunch. Must be available to work overtime, including Saturdays when requested.
