Job Description :
Execute end-to-end logistics activities including receiving, storing and shipping equipment and materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill material requests, maintain good communication throughout the process and follow all SLAs. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from the warehouse, including repackaging or repalletizing material as needed. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory documentation, ensuring timely updates of inventory tracking systems. Perform routine audits and physical inventory checks to verify asset accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, working closely with relevant teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation. Support the organization and optimization of storage areas, maximizing space utilization and accessibility. Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of warehouse safety standards and best practices. Assist in 5S and maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring efficient operations. Comply with all security and data management policies. Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as needed to support warehouse operations and contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory management. (Required) Associate degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience) (recommended) Current Forklift Certification (recommended) Experience working in an e-commerce warehouse or customs bonded warehouse is a plus Familiarity with inventory management tools and systems, cycle counting Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage inventory accurately. Effective verbal and written communication abilities for team collaboration and documentation.
