$18.00/hr Job Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associates / Material Handlers to join a growing manufacturing team in Bradenton, FL. We are hiring for multiple openings , making this a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a fast-growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments while supporting production operations, including assembling outdoor shades and screens. This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent heavy lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks Accurately sort, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse Assist with production and assembly of outdoor shades and screen products Lift and move materials weighing 80+ lbs routinely Maintain organized work areas and follow safety procedures Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and shipping goals Qualifications Ability to lift 80+ lbs consistently throughout the shift Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred, but not required Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Why Work Here?
