Job Description:

Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Overview We are seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL. These roles support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and material movement. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with ERP systems, RF scanners, inventory control, and pick/pack/ship processes.

Responsibilities:

General Warehouse (All Roles) Perform daily warehouse tasks including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Accurately process incoming and outgoing orders using ERP software and RF scanners. Conduct cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with inventory investigations. Prepare shipments, verify documentation, and ensure all outbound orders meet quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with general warehouse organization, labeling, stocking, and replenishment activities. Follow all safety procedures and comply with company policies. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar). Proficiency using RF scanners for order picking and inventory transactions. Strong knowledge of pick/pack/ship and shipping/receiving processes. Experience with inventory control and cycle counting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce warehouse operations. Knowledge of UPS/FedEx shipping systems (optional). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bradenton, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
