About Florida Worldwide Citrus Florida Worldwide Citrus is a supplier and distributor of citrus-based essential oils and ingredients used in the flavor, fragrance, food, and beverage industries . We specialize in the handling, blending, repacking, and distribution of citrus oils and related materials for customers across the U.S. and internationally. Safety, quality, and reliability are core to everything we do. We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in warehouse environments, understands the importance of safety, and is comfortable operating a forklift in a regulated facility.
Important:
This position involves working around hazardous and regulated materials (including essential oils and chemicals). Strict adherence to safety procedures and training is required at all times. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials Handle, stage, and transport raw materials and finished goods Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Receive and verify incoming shipments Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and hazardous material handling guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment Assist with inventory counts and material organization Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals Requirements Must speak and understand English Prior warehouse experience required Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Comfortable working around hazardous materials and following safety protocols Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to work independently Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification Experience in chemical, food, fragrance, or manufacturing warehouses Familiarity with safety programs, SDS, or regulated materials What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time employment Consistent weekday schedule Training on safety procedures and material handling Opportunity for growth within the company
