Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be a vital part of the production team, assisting with the manufacturing and preparation of concrete products. This is a hands-on role in a physically demanding environment, where you will support various stages of the process, from setting up forms to preparing finished products for shipment. Key Responsibilities Assist with setting up forms and preparing products for concrete pours based on drawings. Support the pouring and finishing of concrete. Strip products from forms and insert additional components as needed. Use stencils to add designs or markings to products. Clean products before they are moved to the yard for storage or shipping. Cut and tie wire and rebar for forming reinforcement. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Required Skills and Qualifications Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors. Basic proficiency in English (bilingualism is a plus). Basic math and reading skills to interpret drawings and measurements. Strong time management skills. Physically able to lift and move heavy objects. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and kneeling for long periods.
Schedule Job Type:
Full-time.
Hours:
50•65 hours per week.
Shift:
Day shift, typically 10•12 hours (starting around 5:00 AM).
Work Days:
Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays. Overtime is available.
Pay:
