This role includes receiving materials, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and assisting with deliveries to ensure smooth and timely workflow. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials Prepare and stage orders for installers and deliveries Communicate with vendors regarding deliveries and receiving cut-off times Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Assist with loading/unloading materials Work collaboratively with office and warehouse staff Flexibility to stay until 4:00 PM when deliveries require Assist office staff when needed Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred (flooring or construction a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Strong attention to detail and organization Dependable, punctual, and team-focused Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check (occasional access to government buildings may be required for material deliveries) Opportunity for training and certification
