Production Supervisor SUMMARY:
The Material Handler is responsible for moving a variety of materials, parts or products.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unload incoming materials, check identification, report damaged materials, move to storage area, store, stack and arrange for possible first in, first out use.
- Move materials to production area.
- Operate power forklift to move materials to stack loaded pallets, making frequent trips out of doors to storage buildings.
- Clean dryers and grinders.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Perform job safely and keep work area clean, must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work overtime and shift work as required.
- Advocate a working environment that promotes creative thinking, problem solving, and ingenuity while maintaining a high ethical standard.
- Promote a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Participate in AITF-16949 and Continuous Improvement requirements.
- Perform other tasks as required.
- Will be cross trained on multiple jobs
QUALIFICATIONS

- One-year related manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
