In person (6301 Lyons rd Coconut Creek, FL 33073) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused Warehouse Associate & Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines warehouse operations with local Florida deliveries, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse equipment experience and strong driving skills. The ideal candidate has experience operating a forklift and electric standing pallet jack, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable driving a 26' box truck for local and regional deliveries. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, including: 26' box trucks 48' trailers 53' trailers Operate forklift and electric standing pallet jack to move and organize products Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and organization Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned Delivery Driver Duties Operate a 26' box truck to deliver cabinets in pallets, shipments throughout Florida Ensure safe, timely, and professional deliveries to customers Secure loads properly before transport Assist with unloading using pallet jacks when customer locations lack loading docks or forklifts Coordinate with warehouse teams in Orlando and Miami for shipment loading Maintain delivery logs and follow DOT safety guidelines Requirements Valid Driver License Minimum 3+ years of driving experience Previous warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience ( required ) Electric Standing pallet jack experience ( required ) Ability to lift 80-100 lbs Clean driving record with no serious CSA violations within the past 3 years Must pass DOT drug screening Clean background check Strong English communication skills Reliable transportation and strong punctuality Ability to work independently and within a team environment ScheduleWarehouse Shift Monday to Friday, Occasionally weekends Start time 7am Competitive hourly warehouse pay Overnight allowance provide if needed Consistent routes and steady work Excellent work-life balance Stable and growing company Supportive team environment Long-term career advancement opportunities Growth Opportunities Advancement into full-time logistics and transportation roles Expand experience in warehouse operations and delivery logistics Opportunity for long-term career growth within the company Ability to Commute / Relocate Must be able to commute to Coconut Creek, FL 33073 Relocation before starting work is preferred if not currently local
