Responsibilities:
Run & load machinery Transport materials Learn our manufacturing process Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
Experience as a machine operator Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery Fast learner Attention to detail Reliable with good work ethic Physical stamina & strength ( must be able to lift 50+ lbs easily ) Knowledge of quality control processes Able to make and adhere to schedules Analytical skills Teamwork & excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Have Skills (but not a deal-breaker): Bilingual Spanish/English (Portuguese/English is also good) Pay is commensurate on experience
