In this role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization Assist with loading and unloading trucks Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Requirements Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills (inventory systems, scanners) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes

$23.20 - $28.00 per hour
