As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, both manually and with the assistance of equipment, while also assisting with various tasks as directed by site leadership. 1. Load and unload shipments efficiently and safely, utilizing both manual labor and equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. 2. Handle materials ranging from 25 to 75 pounds, adapting to varying weights and sizes of cargo. 3. Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure accurate handling and placement of shipments. 4. Collaborate with team members to organize warehouse space and optimize workflow. 5. Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries. 6. Operate warehouse equipment and machinery in accordance with training and safety guidelines. 7. Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership to support operational needs. 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. 3. Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 25 to 75 pounds regularly. 4. Prior experience in warehouse operations or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential. 5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. 6. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 7.
