In this role, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of goods from receipt to shipment. Your energy and attention to detail will help us meet customer demands, maintain accurate inventory, and keep operations running seamlessly. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, logistics, and distribution while working in a supportive environment that values your contributions. Duties Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400 or MRP software to track inventory movements and update stock records accurately Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment according to order specifications Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, inspecting goods for quality, and documenting transactions Stock shelves efficiently through proper stocking techniques, ensuring products are organized for easy access and inventory accuracy Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment Utilize basic math skills for counting stock, measuring packages, and calculating weights or dimensions as needed Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and effectively Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory software like AS400 or MRP systems is advantageous Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking, packing, and stock management Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Basic math skills for counting inventory items and measuring packages accurately Must speak Spanish Must be able to work in the US legally Embark on a rewarding career journey where your efforts directly contribute to our success!
