- Check that incoming and outgoing shipments meet the specifications described in the work order (sales order, purchase order)
- Shipping and receiving merchandise. SAP System
- Responsible for maintain the accuracy of inventory
- Responsible for products to be shipped to customers by different carriers such as FedEx and UPS
- Organize warehouse space
- Receive, download and distribute products as required (allocate products for each work order) and then place incoming inventory items appropriately (update location of products in stock control)
- Take pictures of the items you receive or ship daily in the warehouse and store them in the v drive so that everyone has access
- Report to Supervisor any discrepancies (incomplete purchase orders, products with a different number or a different name than the one indicated in the order, etc.)
- Keep updated the names of the products on the shelves
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- Fill out the forms for which you are responsible (allocation, control stock etc.)
- Identify nonconforming products and report them to the area manager Other Duties
- Assist in annual inventory count and cycle count
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Driver Requirements:
- Proven warehouse experience . Computer skills
- Ability to operate Forklift , hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
- Team player with organizational skills
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- High school diploma .
