Job Summary The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for operating warehouse equipment, loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and completing warehouse documentation. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, stack, and organize boxes and bags up to 55 lbs Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail Complete warehouse receipts and shipping paperwork accurately Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties Skills Previous warehouse experience required Experience operating a stand-up reach forklift required; forklift certification preferred Ability to lift and stack up to 55 lbs Must be responsible, punctual, and dependable Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Reliable transportation required Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and inventory control methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in warehouse distribution while contributing to a team that values safety, efficiency, and quality. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
