Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using computer software, and have a strong attention to detail.
Duties:
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
  • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents as needed
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software applications
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or medical receptionist is a plus
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
