Job Description
Job Summary Join our Aviation Parts team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution environment! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your energy and attention to detail will help us meet customer expectations and maintain efficient warehouse distribution processes. Whether you're operating equipment or managing inventory through our warehouse management system, your contributions will keep our operations running seamlessly and support our commitment to excellence in e-commerce and logistics. Duties Operate pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory efficiently and safely Use warehouse management systems to track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records accurately Pick and pack customer orders with precision using order picker tools to ensure correct items are shipped on time Stock shelves and organize products in designated areas to optimize space utilization and facilitate quick order fulfillment Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against packing lists, preparing goods for dispatch, and documenting inbound/outbound transactions Support order fulfillment processes by preparing packages with appropriate packaging materials and labeling for shipment Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and conducting regular inspections Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn! Familiarity with warehouse distribution operations, including order picking & packing, stocking, and inventory management systems such as WMS or AS400 Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is a plus—certifications are welcomed but not mandatory Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing transactions accurately Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures within a fast-paced e-commerce environment is advantageous Ability to work efficiently with RF scanners, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment while maintaining safety standards Join us in delivering exceptional service through dedicated teamwork!
