Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, stocking, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. In addition, you would assist in making cleaning products. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and order pickers to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely to move products within the warehouse. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves accurately and conducting regular stock counts using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms. Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring proper documentation. Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order picking and packing processes. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety protocols and adhering to warehouse distribution standards. Support e-commerce order fulfillment by efficiently processing online orders with attention to detail and speed. Assist in making cleaning products. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment. Ability to load & unload trucks safely while following proper procedures for handling goods. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
